After sixteen years as a founding partner of a highly respected full-service business and family immigration practice, Alexander Dgebuadze has launched his own firm, Dgebuadze Immigration Group, PC (www.adimmlaw.com) in Calabasas, CA. Along with a stellar group of experienced staff, joining him as a Partner in this new venture is Dan Revich, who has worked closely with Alex for nearly seven years as an Associate and Senior Associate at his previous firm. Together, Alex and Dan bring well over three decades of experience in business and family immigration law, with a focus on providing strategic corporate immigration counsel on a wide variety of temporary and permanent visas across academic, healthcare, entertainment, technology, engineering and R&D sectors.
Alex is a nationally recognized authority in corporate immigration, having built and led a premier business immigration practice. His strategic insight into navigating volatile regulatory environments was recently featured in The Economist. Ranked as a "Thought Leader" by the Lexology Index and continuously listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2016, Alex writes and presents extensively on advanced immigration law topics, has served as editor and author for American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) publications and Kurzban's Immigration Law Source Book, and has held numerous appointments on AILA’s national and regional committees, including the AILA DOL Liaison Committee (2021-5) and Business Section Steering Committee (2023-present).
Dan is a State Bar of California Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law who has served on several AILA committees and presented at AILA conferences. Dan teaches Immigration Law as an adjunct professor at Santa Barbara City College and has helped hundreds of business and family immigration clients with their U.S. immigration matters.

Alexander Dgebuadze holds a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, and an M.S./B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Agricultural University of Georgia. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of Minnesota.
Dan Revich holds a J.D. from California Western School of Law and an Hons B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Toronto. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of California.
