Mr. Dgebuadze has earned an outstanding reputation for his work with US employers and individuals, thanks to his comprehensive approach to temporary and permanent visas, compliance and planning. He has developed a robust business and corporate immigration law practice, representing clients across academic, aerospace, automotive, entertainment, healthcare, information technology and R&D sectors.
Mr. Dgebuadze brings particular depth of experience in PERM labor certifications and international transfer matters, while handling a wide range of visa categories for academics, researchers, healthcare professionals, engineers, developers, as well as investors, start-up businesses and multinational corporations.
