An experienced and savvy immigration lawyer, Dan has achieved the distinction of becoming a State Bar of California Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Revich worked for over six years as an Associate and Senior Associate at Sostrin Immigration Lawyers in Woodland Hills, CA. He also spent several years working in a business and family immigration law practice at SLG, a boutique immigration firm in mid-city Los Angeles.

Mr. Revich practices employment-based and family immigration law.  He works with various firm clients, including academic institutions, tech companies, and manufacturers.  Mr. Revich’s practice focuses on nonimmigrant visas, including visas for professionals, investors, and multinational corporate transferees, as well as responding to complex challenges from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.  He also works with individual clients on family-based permanent residence applications and U.S. citizenship applications.

As a Partner, Mr. Revich acts as the lead attorney on immigration cases, overseeing, reviewing, and filing immigration petitions and applications. He also acts as a liaison with corporate clients and frequently presents immigration seminars to companies and academic institutions.

Mr. Revich received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.  He is a member of the California Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He serves on the AILA Online Course Review Committee and served as an AILA Southern California Chapter Department of State Liaison, as well as a speaker at AILA conferences.  Mr. Revich is also an Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law and Business Law at Santa Barbara City College.

Ms. Croal holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota.

Andres previously worked as a Legal Assistant and Case Manager at Sostrin Immigration Lawyers, LLP in Woodland Hills, CA. He also worked as a Business Strategy/Economic Development intern at the Salt Lake County Office of Regional Development where he conducted research and delivered findings on Transit Oriented Development strategies and economic metrics, revenue sources, and competitiveness in the region.

Andres hails from Utah and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, Philosophy and Politics from Pomona College in California. He competed as a member of the school’s Track and Field team and served as an Economics mentor to fellow students, developing expertise in the study of econometrics, revenue sources, and economic competitiveness.
